  NEWS FLASH New BDA/BDD/BDM "BIG VALVE" and BDG/BDX Cylinder Head all 3 Bolt exhaust, Stainless Steel seats, 5 Axis CNC machined port's and tract's. Cosworth four bolt also available.  See TECHNICAL NOTES for extensive details and head specification.   Alloy Cylinder Block (1600cc) linered up to 2000cc, 81mm to 90.4mm. Weight 43 lbs, 36 lbs lighter than cast iron block. Supplied complete with align bored billet end caps and custom studs, washers and nuts. Block also includes freeze plugs and allen bolt retainers and plugs.  Specify type of water pump desired  (BDT or BDG) to determine size of hole cut into block. Block is cast for both types of pump. If you change your mind on the water pump a small thin plate will allow you to adapt block. Studs 12mm (recommended) , 7/16 or combination thread cylinder head studs available.   $4,275 43

STAGE 1- Finished casting pressure tested and machined as follows: Spring seats, valve guides and valve seats machined but not inserted, throat bore and port bore CNC machined on inlet and exhaust, combustion chamber CNC machined to 28cc. All gasket faces machined and threaded for studs.   $3939 21
  STAGE 2- As specified above but "Colisbro" bronze valve guides are 2/3rds installed ( to allow builder to custom alter the valve pocket and tract ),  9/32 guide size standard with 6mm available, stainless steel valve seats installed and cut to single angle of 45 degrees.   $4444 23
  STAGE 3- Components as above but cylinder head  now has valve guides fully inserted with valve seats cut to three angle on IN and EX seats. Head though Five axis CNC machined will have final hand finishing and fettling. Berylium seats are a special order.   $4949 23
    COSWORTH BDD 4 Bolt exhaust cylinder heads, 5 axis CNC Machined. Casting supplied directly by Cosworth Racing. Fully finished with 9/32 or 6mm Colisbro guides and stainless steel valve seats, Berylium seats added cost. Picture illustrates the raw casting before machining as it will be machined to customers specification.   $4999 24

  TWM Fuel injection throttle bodies, are direct replacement for  Weber DCOE and DCO SP carburetor 40,42,45,48,50, 55,diameters available. Throttle bodies will require a fuel rail specified depending on the spacing of cylinders 2 &3 on a 4 cylinder engine. Where center to center distance between the barrels of cylinders 2 and 3 is less than 97mm use left hand unit 2910 series available in 40,42,aand 45, sizes. Minimum distance 83mm.
